Offline Update Instructions
If you are unable to connect your Science Table to the internet or have a network with particularly strict security measures in place, please submit a USB request.
- Step 1: Submit a USB request form to receive a USB and an email with your offline license code. Please allow several business days for our team to process your request.
- Step 2: In the meantime, download and review the USB instructions.
- Step 3: Once you receive your USB and offline license code, follow the instructions to insert the USB into your Table, enter the code, and complete the update.
